The ability to connect our systems together using ODBC was great! We were able use this in conjunction for other applications as well that we didn't even know existed until now (such things are awesome). I like that it's easy to set up new rules by just dragging & dropping them in from Excel or another program rather than having someone manually generate code for you (which can be error prone). It also has some nice features such as cross-referencing of fields which helps ensure all records are being viewed/updated correctly across multiple tables within our database setup - this was especially helpful when we had many different departments using one table instead if separate ones!
