Very good product

I bought these for dry and burning mouth and was very happy with the product. I have to find a new supplier because the price has gotten ridiculously high since I bought 2 packs in September. Too bad. The taste is mild and the effect lasts for a long time. I have tried many similar products and this one is the best for me.

  • Quality construction

This is a great product as are lozenges

This product has helped a lot with my dry mouth. I have Sjogren's disease and needed the nighttime relief it brought me. This is a great product as well as lozenges.

Pros
  • There's something to it
Cons
  • Negative impression

Strange taste imo - Dry Mouth Relief

I don't really know what to say. I have never used mouth dry gel and I don't like the taste. I read the reviews before buying but to me it's just an odd taste. Doesn't taste like any regular flavoring I've ever tasted. I bought two packs and I think I will always have them lol. The texture is also weird to me since I don't eat gels like I used to. I really don't know what to do with gel once I have it in my mouth, mostly because I don't like the taste. I prefer to use OraCoat Discs to stick on…

Suitable for me and my C-Pap

I lost the ability to produce enough saliva when I was treated with radiation therapy for throat cancer! I now wear C-Pap and without this product my mouth is completely dry even though the C-Pap reservoir adds moisture to my C-Pap air! An alternative to this product is the Xymelt version, however I prefer the gel product as I have sometimes sucked out melt residue! Stress doesn't seem to be a problem for Oracoat Xyligel!

Pros
  • Looking forward to

  • Can I add anything else

Very good information for this purchase

I bought this item 2 Tubest for $24 Weight is 1.7 oz. I feel like I should go shopping. I like that this stuff works great. I went to Ora Coat's website and bought 3 tunes for $17. Yes, 3 tunes, same weight and shipping is about $3. I would buy this product again. Yes. Would I buy it from Amazon, no. I don't usually leave comments, but I was very upset by such a price increase, I want to warn everyone

Pros
  • Excellent construction
Cons

Best for Dry Mouth Dry Mouth Relief

I like this product for its taste although I would have preferred a more minty flavor but it is also good for your teeth and also the dry mouth I get from the head and neck radiation. The best product I have found for dry mouth!

Cons
  • Crumpled Packaging

I snore and still wake up with a very dry mouth all the time.

I love how this gel keeps my mouth from drying out while I sleep. The citrus flavor doesn't bother me and I'm glad it's not mint. I think a formula with no added flavors would be better. This stuff is naturally sweet. The citrus flavor is exceptionally mild and not acidic, so it doesn't irritate the mouth in any way. I wish the tubes were bigger and/or cheaper but I can't find a similar product for less. You can get tubes for a dollar cheaper on the manufacturer's website, but without free…

Better than most dry mouth products, but still requires some work.

I've tried every dry mouth remedy. I also have OLP (Oral Lichen Plantis) which makes the problem worse. OLP creates open wounds. Most dry mouth remedies contain mint, or sometimes cinnamon. Some even contain a small amount of alcohol. Putting something like mint or other flavorings on an open sore in your mouth to stimulate salivation will induce a whole new level of pain. I'm sure this is forbidden by the Geneva Convention as inhuman torture. Another problem with most artificial saliva…

Long-term remedy for deadly dry mouth.

I have severe dry mouth from medication and have managed it to some extent with Biotene toothpaste and Xylimelt lozenges, neither of which are fully effective or long lasting. After a while, lollipops irritate my tongue. This goo is wonderful. A drop of this, wrapped around the mouth and placed on the cheek, lasts all night, which no other product does. The taste is harmless, slightly sweet but with a familiar aroma that I haven't identified yet. The only thing I don't like is the oily feeling…
