I like how easy it is to set up, as well as use once deployed - not much of an issue at all! The customer service has been great thus far with any issues we've had they have addressed them immediately or within hours (if needed). The best thing about this app is its simplicity, it's easy to use for both beginners as well experienced users with no coding skills required! It also has an amazing customer support team who are always willing & ready help whenever I need them (they're even available 24x7). The capability to connect with people in India through whatsApp is very easy using outside voice tool. In fact, we are able to reach more potential customers this way as compared to other methods like phone calls or door-to-door surveys etc. I would say there's nothing bad about it but if one wants to integrate their survey platform into WhatsApp then they'd better consider purchasing an add-on for WhatsApp rather than use just any third party service which will cost them lots of money at time…
