Great solution providing great service

The platform looks very user friendly, it's easy for anyone without advanced technical knowledge or training in data science or coding skills to use. It also provides an API which makes integration with 3rd party systems possible. There are some minor quirks here and there but nothing major as I've come across so far - just know what those could be when looking at potential implementations! We're solving several problems by integrating our CRM system (Salesforce) with this tool. Specifically…

Great communication & collaboration when needed

The team at overStack are very responsive, willing learners who have done their homework in terms or our industry (retail). Their product knowledge base leaves nothing for me wanting - everything works as it should! I've not encountered anything too dislike here so far but then we haven't hit each others' strengths yet either ;-) Our account manager was able t help us work through some specific issues with one particular tool which were solved quickly by her expert advice/guidance via email…

Would definitely recommend using Undertow due its efficiency and ease-of -use

The ability for all our different departments (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Analytics) to work together in one place was by far my favorite part about this product! I wish there were more integrations with email campaigns so we could pull emails directly from over stack as well. Also it would be nice if they had an API which allowed us to use their products outside of the platform itself. A little bit expensive but worth every penny when looking at what's included within the monthly plan. Being
