Great headlights for the price but no wiring diagram

Hope this helps others get rid of the headache: White = Ground Gray = Running light (one with a brown stripe) Red = Solid color (Yellow on driver's side / Green on passenger's side )

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Obsolete

They seem well made although I haven't tested them on the road yet. The design made it difficult for me to attach them to my trailer. The studs should be about half an inch longer to make it easier to attach the light to the license plate bracket and attach the washers and nuts. Since the wires come out directly from the back and not the side, I had to drill holes in the trailer to pull the wires through so they don't get pinched. Much more work than necessary. And of course the ground wire…

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Good but not great

*Update* So far so good.

* Update - Error after 1 season. The housing is undamaged, but half of the LEDs on 1 lamp are defective. Submerged in water about 12 times before the LEDs went out. * I've only loaded them into the ramp about 5 times since installing them, but so far so good. My main concern with switching to LEDs was whether there would be any significant brightness when transitioning from standard operating mode to braking/cornering. I've seen some cars with LED tails and the parking lights are either very…

Pros
  • Very good value for money

  • Cable is shorter than other options

Great lights, no wiring instructions!

I love the look and build quality of these lights and once you find the right way to connect them they look great when lit too. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that there is no wiring guide included. In doing so, I will tell you how to connect them. The white wire is the ground for each light so just connect it to one of the mounting studs on the back of the lights or to its own ground on the trailer. The red wire goes to the turn signal/brake light wire on the trailer, this…

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Really don't like it, everything is fine

Beautiful really bright LED trailer lights

Bought a used Kendon stand up trailer to haul bikes around the circuit. One of the original lights didn't work and also looked a bit tired and not very attractive. Found these LED versions in tinted form and thought they would look great on a black trailer. I wanted very bright ones because the lights on the trailer are low compared to the other driver's line of sight on the road. I am very happy with them. They are very bright, the mounting screws match, and installation was as simple as…

Pros
  • Pleasing
Cons
  • Modern

Easy quick exchange.

I was a bit worried when I bought these as they were very cheap and I had read some bad reviews. Mine bolted directly to the existing trailer light mounts. I had to drill a center hole in the brackets to get the wires through as my old light wires were coming out of the bottom of the lights. It was a breeze to connect. Yellow to yellow, brown to brown and green to green. I put round spade lugs on the white ground wires. I then sanded to clean the metal at the spot on my trailer light brackets…

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Some bugs

Nice headlights but took a little more work and time to fit

I had taillights with no LEDs and one of them burned out needed an insert assembly to replace so I figured what the heck do I just get a new set of LEDs. I'm towing a motorcycle trailer so submersibles weren't a priority for me but they would still be better protected from rain or dust. There are no instructions, no, nothing. Of course you can look at the seller's description and good luck if you can decipher it. The wire colors don't match anything I know of, so it took me trial and error to…

High quality, great price

Please raise your hands if you are disappointed with so-called waterproof or 'marine' products. It was a pain to remove the old headlights, the studs were rusted, the internal wiring was rusted. a real mess. I had the opportunity to buy another set of "dive" lights at my local auto parts store and decided to take a chance and buy these lights from Revain. Submersible lights Partsam. I'm not a beginner, so I'll tell you some features: 1. Bolts and nuts are made of 316L stainless steel (the best…

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • When in doubt

Updated 3/29/2019 Well designed light very bright day and night

Replace the old lights that were on my trailer, the new light is much better and lasts a long time, they are sealed and waterproof. They have their own ground wire, I ran the ground wire all the way to my plug to remove the ground from the trailer body. Let me be clear that I connected the ground of each light to the ground wire on the plug. I'm a retired electrician so I solder all the connections and run all the wires in conduit, I don't think I will. Ever had trouble with a well designed…
