It's simple to use, it works with all versions of QB (including Mac) and is free! I wish there were more conversion options available in the software but that seems like an unlikely problem because you can export/convert to any other file type as well. The best thing about this software is that it allows me to extract my entire transaction history in one go, instead of going through each statement page by page manually. It's quite accurate as well, which makes life easier! Sometimes you might get errors when extracting certain pages but they are usually easy enough to fix.
