An invaluable tool for keeping track of your infrastructure

The ability to store all information about our servers including OS version, applications installed etc., as well as being able to create service level agreements (SLAs) that can be used by business people who are not IT experts has been very useful! We have had no problems so far with this product but I would like it if they could make some improvements such as adding more functions or an easier way to install/update new features when needed without having any technical knowledge required…

  • Very user friendly interface & setup process for both admin users.
  • Has lots available resources online from their support team in case you run into trouble along your journey using them..i love working wth pdm plus staff.they're always helpful :)

  • Sometimes i wish there was better customer services reps around during my call times at work

Great for managing site installations quickly & efficiently

The ease to set up multiple sites with the same template was great! At first I found out how customizable it could be and that there were tons more options than you might expect at checkout time. It took me hours upon hours to get things working correctly - even with help from other users who had experience with this product. Make sure someone has used before purchasing because it takes some getting into all fields correctly without errors showing up when submitting your order or making changes

An affordable solid ERP solution ideal any size business

We've been using PDM+ since the beginning on our first major project with over 10,000 items to inventory. The ease of use has made it easy to get up and running quickly as we transitioned from an old system that was difficult to learn. There are many features one could add but adding new functionality would be too much work to support. I have no dislikes at this time. Inventory control inventory tracking asset tags serial numbers etc. This helps us save money because we can more accurately…

Decent Product, Works Very Well With All My Ciscomart Devices

As an Oracle DBA it's been easy to switch the data base from oracle 8i (which was no help at all with this product) over to 11gR2 - this made our life as dba/ops admin much easier! There are still many quirks which sometimes make your head spin but overall I feel that everything works well together. The documentation does not cover very advanced functionality like a few other vendors do. If you have experience working with Oracle Database administration then there will be little learning curve…
