    October 2018 Update Fits Spares

Wow I have a 2017 Tacoma TRD Pro and it's awesome, Sport+, chirping tires. Remember if you buy it it's Amazon, you have a few weeks to return it, you don't want to though! It takes 2 minutes to install, the hardest thing is to remove the backing from the velcro, update, it's been over 1 year now, there was a check engine light, a lane warning light and a brake lock error, the truck didn't accelerate above 2000rpm, the Codes are cleared. Took it to the Toyota dealer they said it was the Pedal…

    A must for more excitement!

After installing this I turned it up to Sport+ and 3 bars to see how aggressive the feel would be. Holy shit, if you have, you know what I mean. The thing starts and won't let go. You definitely can't drive that every day, that's crazy! I have now made other modifications to the HP that may have come into play (TRD cold air intake and 1" throttle body spacer). I got my new high performance exhaust system today, I have no idea how it will react to this extra horsepower. This is the most exciting

Does what it should, I'm thrilled!

Fits my 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser. It was literally easy to install. Spent more time trying to find the flashlight in the right spot than trying to connect. I started in city mode and immediately noticed the difference, the response is much greater. Going to the top notch, my Cruiser felt like it was about to jump off the pavement just as I hit the accelerator in first or second gear. I found City 3 best for normal driving. Get a little more responsiveness, but it doesn't take much to adjust my…

    Clear difference

Great experience right away with quick installation. You don't need to download an app to use Pedal Commander, but it makes it easy to switch between modes and I've had no trouble syncing Bluetooth between devices. So, my Tacoma is a 4 cylinder and has always had trouble accelerating on startup, but especially when I need it, like on a steep freeway, ramp or incline, so the first mode I tried was Street Sport. .. to work and the difference was undeniable. I drove about 50 miles to work and it…

    Heavy Foot vs Light Foot

I have a 2014 Tundra 5.7 - "Without" Pedal Commander (PC). I get 13.5 gallons city / 15.5 gallons highway (average heavy foot). I've had my PC for over a year now. I really liked this product. Eco Mode - Fuel savings from 1 gallon to 1.5 gallons per tank of fuel Highway only / 1 gallon city: . SPORT mode: Consumes 1.5 gallons city/highway (no full miles before gas switch). There are 2 levels of Sport mode: Sport mode and Sport mode (+): Level 1 Sport mode drives like my 2011 Ram Hemi 5.7 I had…

    Amazing difference from my Tacoma!

I had a 2013 Tacoma 4.0L 5 speed auto. He worked great. I traded it in for a 2016 Tacoma 3.5L 6 speed auto. This was also the first year for an electronically controlled accelerator pedal, meaning the pedal is not mechanically linked to the engine. It is connected to a sensor that sends signals to the computer about acceleration, coasting, etc. Tacoma's latency is very poor, with a lot of lag. I personally found this delay extremely dangerous! I purchased Pedal Commander and installed it as…

A very nice upgrade over the gas stop.

2006 Tacoma DBL Cab 4X4. My truck has had a cold air intake system, iridium spark plugs and a throttle body gasket for a few years, so these upgrades really made the 4.0 liter engine a real blast without spending thousands of dollars. on a turbocharger and a new exhaust but for the little money I've already spent it was the second biggest price for the cold air intake although this item is not related to your hp should it be related in your time from 0-60. I will never use this in ECO mode…

Great product, does exactly as advertised.

This is a great product and works exactly as advertised. My new TRD Pro Tacoma is great in every way, but it's a city dog that's always trying to get out of the way. I do a lot of "fast" city driving and need to dash in and out of traffic. Tacoma is no good for that. Don't let others say "then just step on the pedal", it's the same (it's not). It's stupid and not realistic for everyday driving. Even if you step on the pedal, you're still waiting for the motor to respond. It would be a terrible…

Installing on Tacoma TRD Sport 4x4 DCSB 2017

I have a Tacoma TRD Sport 4x4 DCSB and just installed the Pedal Cammander and it was fun. I was quite skeptical that this would actually work, but I was willing to try it and see if there was a difference. I've been driving around my house on the roads near my house for about 20 minutes trying different modes and I have to say that I'm honestly very impressed! Especially the city mode was perfect for me. I felt like I was driving a real car. I kept coming to a stop and hitting it, and not only…
