🐾 Enhanced PETKIT P2 Smart Activity Monitoring Pet Tracker: Track and Monitor Your Pet's Health and Safety Review

This product is good at what it does. Unfortunately, the information he provides is not really important to my dog's health.

The first one worked flawlessly for me for several months! I love this app and I have other Petkit products but this one sucks! This is my second unit as I had to replace it as it stopped working after a few months. I tried to contact the company and got no answer. At this point I wish I had never bought it.

Bought two units for our active dogs. Only one of the trackers worked, but Revain quickly sent a second tracker to replace the first failed unit. The tracker is a decent size (not very big) and the app itself is pretty easy to use. It doesn't track mileage/steps, but rather your dog's "activity level". It's easy to find friends in the app and post them on your profile. I think it's a pretty low success rate (only 2/3 of the trackers worked) but appreciate how quickly it was replaced.

Seems to work well enough for activity tracking. The cat collar holder shown in the box picture does not appear to be present and the holder provided is better suited for wide dog collars. When I emailed Petkit support they were unhelpful and let me know if the cat keeper was available and if I could order replacement parts. You'd better hope that any product you buy from this company doesn't need customer support.

Device turns on easily but does not connect to my phone or my wife's phone. We downloaded the app, uninstalled/reinstalled it and removed the battery. The Power LED blinks as expected, but doesn't connect through the app. * Please note that the device will appear as a Bluetooth device and connecting in this way will do nothing. While it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of other products, it gets the job done at a reasonable price. My girlfriend has been wearing it for a year now and the only maintenance has been a battery change (easy to buy locally). I eventually switched to a wider collar - she's only 9.5# and was wearing a fairly narrow one - which held the tracker in place much better. I bought this for a Golden Retriever puppy. We currently live in Mexico and this works great! The pin is lightweight and easy to hold on the puppy's collar. It's very easy to access via the PetKit app on any mobile phone and the data shown seems correct. The only downside might be that two people can't log into the app at the same time, but that's about it. Displays battery life and light/heavy sleep.
