Call Center is very responsive, always willing for feedback/suggestions from customer service employees that are listening in real-time! I love that this app lets you connect directly from any device, even if you don't have an internet connection! It's pretty simple too - just set up your phone number in their system and you're good to go! There are some glitches here or there but they usually get fixed quickly. If you need a reliable way of connecting from anywhere without needing wifi or data plan, then this is for you!
