Description of Adult Neanderthals Poetry Exploding Kittens

Poetry for Neanderthals is a competitive word-guessing card game from Exploding Kittens where you must speak good or get hit with a NO! stick. Using only single syllable words, give clues to your team trying to guess your secret phrase. If you mess up and use a big word, you get bopped on the head with a 2-foot long inflatable club. So, instead of saying "broccoli," you'd say something like "green thing you eat for live long and have good health.". It's a board game that forces you to explain complicated ideas using simple vocabulary. It's a game that forces you to sound a little bit dumb. Poetry for Neanderthals is fun for both grownups and children. It takes a few minutes to learn and about 20 minutes to play. It's a hilarious, cutthroat, challenging game for those who consider themselves mighty wordsmiths.

Fun! Game for family child teen student

My student loved it! We played several times as a family and laughed a lot. (suitable for all ages and easy to learn). The recipients couldn't wait to play the game with their college roommates.

Cons

Turns everyone into imaginary cavemen

The card game is great fun for a small-brained person. Let you and me think like a child. Big word is not good, and run away from the bat. Big laughs from everyone. So yeah, it's really fun and easy to learn. The inflatable bat is funny.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Not as thick as other pickaxes

Have good clean fun!

This game has brought my family closer together during Covid. Even a 7 year old kid can play it easily. Educational (one syllable rule), creative and FUN. Plus all the emotional satisfaction of hitting your loved one with an inflatable "stick" to make them perfect.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

Lots of laughter for everyone!

This game is interesting for all ages. It's easy to play in mixed age groups - sometimes younger kids are actually better than adults! This game guarantees fun and lots of laughter. The modified version for 2 players is still interesting. I have never allowed anyone to use an inflatable racquet because I see my family is getting out of control! 😆

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • There are nuances

Big fun for Gork and Keane! It makes sense to play.

Gorku and his family will have a lot of fun with this game! We play and look like big fools. We laugh loud and long. We love to play and will be playing next time soon! Fun for the whole Gorka clan: mom, dad, gorka clan, gorka clan, little boy relative, gorka's wife, little girl relative, boy relatives lovers. Love to play, to speak well (and clearly), and to smash Papa Gork's head in with a big mace.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Safety

A simple concept, pretty fun for a while.

Simple concept and quite fun. My nephews 7 and 9 loved the inflatable racket the most and on a recent visit played with it all weekend. We didn't use a board or rules - we just took turns playing cards without a timer or counting around the campfire. It's good for a few laughs. My family preferred the CAH family edition, but it was a worthy alternative to make a difference. Definitely family friendly, including Grandma.

Pros
  • High score for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Concise instructions

We love the game, it's fun to play.

. It's quick and easy to learn, yet challenging. We recently played it with two teams with a larger group including a preschooler for whom we were able to successfully adapt it. We don't always use the racket which I don't think adds much but the kids love it which makes it a bit more portable for travel. As with many of our games, all four of us in my house enjoy it, but to slightly different degrees. If I had my way, I would rotate it more often than once or twice a month, as I do now. 5…

Pros
  • . Easy to use.
Cons
  • . I don't actually dislike it, it's just awesome.

Fun game straight out of the box

We received this game when we moved and our family loved it so much we bought a second one to give to my parents! The game content is for all ages and that Gameplay suitable is easy to learn. You can even throw most of the rules out the window and still have fun. Kids can play it once they are ready for some simple, silly word games and can count most syllables. pleasure was. In any case, we preferred to change people in the teams quite often to keep things alive. The baton is a nice bonus, and

Pros
  • Quality build

  • Requires a power outlet

FUN FOR ALL AGES! for card games

It was a great game! I first came across this when my sister (college teacher) got it from the school library for her students (she taught English), they loved it! She brought it home the weekend of the family celebration. We all played it as a family and it was so much fun I watched it and bought it that night. The week this happened, my 14-year-old had a game night with the church youth group, everyone had to bring a game. They ended up playing just that, it was so much fun! Games allow you…
