I like how quick it is to ship out an order, whether that be in terms of quantity or product! It's also very affordable for students who have low budgets (which we all do). A few things are kind of annoying but nothing too bad. For example when you click "ship" button there is no option to cancel at this time. I love how easy it is to use and set up as well as how customizable it is. The customer service has been amazing, they are always willing to help you out when you need them. We had some issues with our tracking software not working properly but they were able to get us updated within an hour. Also the emails that come through are very helpful and informative.
