I liked that it was easy to use, but also had all of my necessary tools in one place! It took some time getting used to as there are many different features you need to learn how they work (and sometimes even what each button does). But once we got into using powermta our emails went from 2 minutes or more per day down to less than 30 seconds!! I like that the program offers many options to customize emails. It also allows me to use my own templates if needed, which saves time. The software has a bit of a learning curve since it's not as user friendly as some other programs out there.
