Great system for the price. Would recommend.

The system is easy to use, with all the bells and whistles that you could possibly need. I'm not sure if you can do without the system is you don't have a lot of employees. It's a fairly expensive system, however it does include some additional fees if you don't have a lot of users. It is a great system for the price if you only have a few users. I am a campground manager at a small campground, and have been able to use it to make reservations and check in/out campers without having to leave…

Excellent product and great support for any issues

Our property has been using this software since it was built in 2005 by A1 Hosting Services out of Canada! It's easy to use with many customization options that can help us manage even more than we have now - so much information available from one screen! No problems as far I'm aware but there are other systems which might be better suited if your looking at specific features you need such as reservations etc? Great experience for both guest and host

We enjoy being able to communicate with our guests via text messaging as well! This allows us flexibility in contacting them at times that are best suited without having multiple calls come through simultaneously when they don't need one right away after work hours etc... It's not user friendly once you have it set up correctly so there may be some things we didn;t realize were important but learned about quickly due diligence of setup process - however very easy fixable afterwards by…

  • Mobile app for communication
  • Easy scheduling system
  • Text alert option instead than phone call is good too though sometimes does get lost or delayed, especially while driving around busy traffic situations.
  • Customer Service reps seem knowledgeable enough although do ask many questions even beyond my answers giving me more detail then necessary since these systems tend towards automation anyways
