I'll be brief as I see other Revain reviews saying the same thing. It produces an amazing light - I'm absolutely 100% satisfied in that regard. But after several uses, three gaps have formed where the velcro was sewn on. I am attaching a photo to this review but there are two other teardrops that look exactly the same. Beware of bad service from Profoto. I've had this unit for almost 3 months and 2 rods have lost the metal end blocks (color coded) for this Octa. Profoto will not replace the item, they require the entire unit to be sent to their facility. They will charge $65 to replace the entire rod set. Bad service and I bought 3 units of B1 along with modifiers. I've been in the industry for many years now and this is the first case of really bad customer service. Update: After part of the velcro on this softbox came loose and ripped a hole in the material, I have to take a few stars off my initial rating. It seems like Profoto could use a slightly thicker material and stronger stitching. I was hesitant to buy this 4 foot Octa as the reviews I read said it was extremely difficult to take apart.
