Creases, creases and more creases

I don't know why it is so difficult for them to ship it rolled up but as this material is more like plastic/vinyl than fabric it is very difficult to if not impossible to remove wrinkles even when cocked on a frame of 1 x 4 and with turnbuckles. The creases are noticeable as in other reviews. I'm still debating whether to come back or not.

The dimensions are wrong in every way, but the screen quality is good

The stated dimensions of the product are completely wrong. I had a 140 inch screen that I had painted so I ordered this screen. The description says the dimensions for a 135 inch screen are 126.7*72 but in fact it is 119.3*67.75 which is totally misleading. I had to set up my entire theater for this screen. upset. If I had chosen the right size, I would not have chosen it. but the picture quality is good. I hate misinformation

Desert Football

Bought this screen to watch soccer at our desert camp. Created a frame of 10ft EMT and connectors used in exchange meetings. Bullet hoops on a tubular frame, a decent DLP projector, and a portable Directv dish, and the troops were happy. Since the screen is opaque, the image was fairly bright and white. The bungee tightened it, and all the creases parted in a few hours in the sun. Between the screen and the frame, the total cost was about $150. Watching wild animals by the fire in the desert…

The projector quality is much better than this screen

I used my projector on a maroon wall. Needless to say, the display quality has been pretty dim, at least so far. I was able to mount this screen on my wall and now the resolution and color are much clearer. This set contains everything you need to get started. It even has a carry case, hooks, rope, nails etc. The screen was initially crumpled from being folded for so long. However, I saw another reviewer mention that they left it outside in the sun to smooth out wrinkles. I did the same and it…

Projection screen

Bought an Epson 1060 and decided I needed a screen. The wall could fit just under 200 inches, so I settled on 180 inches. Bought this screen. It's so cheap. 100 dollars? For real. It has come. folder. Wrinkled. Kind of a mess. But after some suggestions from the family. I decided to install it as a painting on canvas. $50 later in 2x4, metal braces, fender washers and bolts. Looks absolutely amazing. 149" top boards. 76" side boards. Accurately placed. Fastening with metal plates. Worked great.

Very reflective and a good buy.

First, the hooks and stickers that advertise all these screens are utterly useless. If you stretch the screen, as they say, it pops out. I ended up with metal hooks that screwed into the wall and ropes for the garage door. Pros: The screen reflects light very well and the black back makes it opaque. Most screens you buy on Amazon are of poor quality and you can see through them. Excellent for picture quality. Cons: I'm still clinging to wrinkles on this screen, I don't know how long it will…

You may need help with assembly with a second person!

This screen actually took up the entire wall. I had to reach 150 feet. But it's pretty cool. In most cases, wrinkles are very small. I will try to use an iron to get rid of the wrinkles. Even when stretched, it only smoothes out large wrinkles. You don't actually see wrinkles during a movie unless what's shown is a very bright scene in the movie. Otherwise, your attention is focused on the action/plot. However, because the screen is so large, it's much easier for at least two people to lift…

Seams/creases cannot be ironed out

The visor looks pretty good and gives a better picture than stretch fabric visors. It's good. Creases/seams/creases are bad. I built a PVC pipe frame and stretched the screen in the sun for a week (moved in at night but still in the frame). The wrinkles remain. Sigh! I don't have to work that hard to make it work. Not bad in dark scenes, but they really take the edge off for bright scenes. With all of these relatively inexpensive projector/screen setups, compromises have to be made. I tried…

I love it! Buy this, not a cheap fabric umbrella.

This screen! Yes, it's crumpled out of the box. This was to be expected. I built the frame from 2 by 4.2 to 14 feet. A 2 is 8 feet. I have a 180 inch screen. I measured while someone was holding and I pulled to stretch before cutting. And I used Home Depot fender washers. When it was properly stretched and fixed to the frame, the wrinkles were completely gone. I use an LED projector. What I bought here is a Revain with a Firestick and Bluetooth transmitter plugged into the audio port and using…
