Great Remote Server Management Tool

I really enjoy the fact that I can remotely control my server. I am able to see the server temperature and see the servers status. I am able to control my server remotely. It is a great product and I am a satisfied customer. I would would like to see a better customer help center. I would like to see a better customer help center.   • The program runs smooth no lagging issues at all which allowed me as an attendent from afar or over phone, remote access into computer systems without disrupting any staff working within those computers..I love how simple yet robustly designed these types if programs seem they come with ease.no matter its size your just looking across one screen you’ll get everything needed easily & efficiently put together!!!!! We like it for the most part and it solved our problems with remote monitoring

I like that they have an easy user interface, it is very intuitive once one knows how things work in basic terms. There are tons of features. The most helpful ones for us at this point has been setting up alerts which can be setup so we get notification when certain conditions happen (i think there's different types). It seems some new updates or maybe just changes were not well received by customers as many complained about glitches while trying to use them. Not sure what was said but…

Great analytics platform and easy integration capabilities

The ease in which it is able to integrate with other applications, such as SAP HANA Cloud Platform (HCP). It's ability for customizing dashboards are very powerful tools that can be leveraged by our business users who want more granular views into their data than what we would normally provide through an ERP system or BI toolset. I wish there were better support from developers when installing new apps/modules -- sometimes things don't work out-of-the box due to lack of proper documentation.…

Very user friendly and easy to use software.

The best thing about Prysmato is that it helps me monitor my production processes 24/7. I can check all my production data and make sure everything is going as planned. It's very user friendly, and the support team is also great. Sometimes when I am using the software I feel like there are some minor glitches in the system which makes it difficult for me to keep track of the process.
