Easy to use for both customers as well us developers (we can't live without it!!). Allows you have an overview of your whole project in one place - also makes easy changes if necessary even when offline or traveling! We love that we are able now quickly comment/edit our commit messages from anywhere at anytime whenever needed which is so important while working remotely during COVID-19 crisis period too :) No complaints either but maybe more communication options would be great like chat…

It is very easy to use and understand. I can check my pull requests from anywhere without making any changes to my local repo or working copy. Also, it's great for private repositories where you don't want people to see your codebase. Sometimes I get notifications about PRs that are not mine so I have to go through all of them to find out which one belongs to me. If you have many PRs then it may slow down the service. The UI is the best I've seen in a tool like this. They're pushing hard for the mobile version already, and the mobile app is a huge step in the right direction. I wish the desktop app was a bit more polished, but it's still usable, and it's still miles ahead of the competition. The best feature is that it can be used outside of GitHub or GitLab which makes collaboration easier when you're not using those products directly!
