Qmatic Orchestra Review

The most amazing thing about Qmatic Orchestra is that it is available in two versions, one for the cloud and the other for on-premise. It is highly scalable and has several integrations that help it to integrate with other products. It is a very powerful and flexible tool that is quite easy to use. It is also very cost effective. The best thing about this software its integration with other tools like Salesforce or Zapier which makes it very easy to use its functionality in different ways. Nothing at all i dislike so far but sometimes there can be some issues when using the interface of the tool. I like that it's easy to use with quick results in terms of creating reports or dashboards etc., as well has being able get data from multiple sources (not just Salesforce but also Google Analytics). It does have some limitations around getting more complex forms which can be difficult if using VF pages rather than custom code - so there are times when we've had issues pulling information out due its inability/lack of support towards this area!
