Description of Qticket

Qticket is a UX-driven customer flow management system for virtual queuing & online appointment booking. Qticket products are implemented on an existing technical base, thus automating, enhancing and modernizing users' current queue management and/ or booking systems without additional investment in hardware or employee training, providing their customers an opportunity to queue and/or book appointments remotely via any smart device. The end-user app is free of charge.

Great Customer Service Platform - Helping Me Reduce MY Time Spent

The customer service is amazing. They are always available to assist. I have a lot of different issues, and they usually have a solution for me within a few hours. I like that I can call them and get a response within an hour. I think the system could be simplified for those who are new to the platform. I think it could have better visuals for those who are new, but it's a good start. I am solving all of my customer service needs in one place. It is helping me to reduce my customer service…

Easy-to use platform and responsive customer support

I like that it allows us to have an interactive interface with our clients, which can help them navigate through their appointments easily! It's also very easy in terms of managing your client base as well - we are able to manage all aspects from there without having any problems at this point. The only thing i dislike about qticket so far has been how long it takes sometimes before you get responses back when they're working remotely or traveling out of state/country etc., but everything else

A great tool made just perfectly: Qticket

I like that it's very customizable to fit your needs, you can also take advantage of their training center if needed as well! They have tutorials which will help get started quickly but are not required. Their support staff really helped me out when we initially got going with our implementation. We've been able to streamline many aspects from ticket creation through approval process and even end to end service delivery including time tracking. Also they do offer additional services such as…
