I like that it has everything you need in one place! It's easy for me as an admin user who is not very technical to set up new products/apps easily without having to go through multiple steps of configuration (ease). The tool itself could use some improvement - there are times when things don't work exactly how they should which can be frustrating but their support team was quick at responding so we were able fix most issues quickly. I love how easy it is for newbies like me who have no knowledge about programming languages but just want an app done in few days without having much of time investment from their side!
