Gifted to my 7 year old granddaughter. She has two younger brothers who torture her and her visiting friends. This gives them a chance to play and talk alone without interrupting the young. No batteries required - USB charger. Charging takes a long time. Girls love the choice of a bracelet or necklace that is included.

I contacted the company because a walkie-talkie (particularly one) was hanging. Customer service emailed me that they would send me a new one, sure enough it's been over a month (more than 3 actually) and I haven't seen a replacement yet. If I had known the company was that bad I would not have bought. Other than that they were great for the short time they worked. Next time I'll aim for the ugly and efficient versus the cute and hopeful.

Super cute radios! They are very soft to the touch and easy to use for the youngest kids! It works up to 2 miles apart adding extra fun to outdoor play with other kids or even hiking! The instructions are gibberish written by someone who doesn't speak English. After reading useless guides I spent an hour searching the internet for help. It was cute and worked until it stopped working. I received it in early January and it started failing after a month of use. I had to return it before the return window closed. We got these walkie-talkies for my daughter's birthday in March this year to give her a little more freedom when playing with friends.
