I like that it is integrated into SAP which makes life easier when you have multiple companies in one account! The support team can be slow at responding sometimes but they are always helpful once we get their attention!! It helps me keep track of my stock better than some other programs out there such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets so far everything has been great. The biggest benefit is that it allows us to work in tandem with Salesforce. We use this software together at my previous employer as well. I also enjoy that it can be used by multiple departments throughout an organization.
