This application has been beneficial when dealing with customer support problems

I really like the ability to get all of my reviews in one place. I wish that the system was a little more intuitive. I had a lot of trouble figuring out how to get my reviews to show up in the right place. I also had a hard time finding a way to get all of my reviews into one place. Great Solution For All Your Surveys And Consumer Behavior Needs

I liked how easy it was to use and navigate through the system and find all of our user's interactions with us. It took quite some time for me to figure out all of their features as well. You can't go wrong! As far as my personal opinion goes, this software really helped my organization track down issues we were having in regards to our website. Reptrich really helped us boost brand awareness

The best thing about this software was its ability to connect with my clients' customers through social media sites like Twitter & Instagram! I never have used any other tool before so it's kind of difficult for me but once i figure out how things work here then everything will be perfect :) Great product which offers great features at an affordable price point (if you don't mind paying monthly). There are lot many free tools available in market today hence we cannot afford not getting one now…

Very helpful during customer satisfaction efforts

I like how easy it was to use for my team! It's also very user friendly with all of our different devices (desktop/mobile). The ability to have both positive & negative comments from customers makes this tool great as well because you can see which areas need improvement or are doing really good in your business area!! Sometimes we would get an error message when trying to submit but nothing major at least not enough time has passed since then so no harm done there either :) Great product…
