    Cozy fingers! Best in Cycling

Just started cycling in cold weather and needed to stock up on essentials without breaking the bank. I didn't want to buy specific winter cycling shoes, so I bought these covers to put on my everyday cycling shoes. First, they fit and stayed unfussy throughout my trip. I don't wear thick socks with cycling shoes and they kept my toes and feet warm when I was riding in 35-38 degree temperatures and a decent headwind. I'm happy with them and glad I made the investment. Also, I will start wearing…

just bad production. I will definitely not buy these again.

I used to give this shoe a higher rating because it fits better over my cycling shoes than the Pearl Izumi and Element overshoes which broke in less than a year. After only using these Rockbros for a few months, I found that they were starting to tear as well. Unlike others who ripped because they had to stretch a lot to put the shoe on, these ripped in the toe area where there is no stretch, just poor workmanship. I will definitely not buy again nor recommend it.

    They work fine. on shoes

I wear 5.10 sneakers with mesh in the toe area. Great in summer but not so great in winter. Riding in sub-zero temperatures resulted in numb toes, even with two pairs of socks. After two trips in them I can say that they definitely help! My toes hurt from thawing in the car after driving. I drove this morning and when I started it was 19 degrees. This is enough to protect your toes from the wind and make it more comfortable. I wasn't sure if they would go well with ballet flats as there is a…

Closing is a joke, not warm.

Update: After several trips to and from work in temperatures ranging from 10 to 30 degrees, I can find that these overshoes don't want to stay on my shoes (size 11.5) and don't add much warmth. It was literally pointless to buy them. For the most part, they're well made and worth the money, except for one thing: Velcro. It's ridiculously small and doesn't close. i cut it off The elastic band keeps the case perfectly in place. The problem is that the rubber band is not durable and without…

    Pretty good toe pads

I've been to Chicago with them all winter. I like them, but with a few caveats. 1) The velcro at the bottom was too short and didn't help at all. i cut it off Maybe my shoes are wider than RockBros expected. Anyway, they hold up great, so I cut off the velcro that was always dangling from the soles of my shoes. The rubber alone works great. 2) For reference, they keep my toes warm and dry in temperatures ranging from 0 to 20F. Chicago can get a little humid and a little windy. These make it…

    Good Price: Shoes

Received these overshoes (L/XL) this week and took them on a quick 10 mile run in 37F. I always have chemical toe warmers in my shoes when temperatures drop below 45F and these overlays have really helped keep me warm, like an oven wrapped around my toes. The only odd thing I can point out is that there is a velcro strap underneath that is designed to wrap around the sole of the shoe. as shown in the photos. I just hid them under a rubber band as they aren't needed anyway. most likely just cut…

    These things really work!

As it got colder, I had trouble keeping my feet warm during my two hour morning rides. For several days in a row, with 24 degree weather, my toes were completely numb. I tried putting on different types of socks but it still didn't work. The problem is obviously wind chill, you absolutely need something to keep the wind out when you're going fast. I knew things like these shoe covers existed so I searched Amazon and found them. A few weeks have passed and the difference is day and night. No…

Great toe pads for short trips

This is great. I wear women's size 9 and ordered L/XL. They're just a little loose, but I think the S would probably be too tight (just a guess). I wear Gyro SPD mountain bike shoes on my daily commute and they are easy to slip on and off (even with the shoes on my feet). There is a nice wide cut-out at the bottom so the fabric doesn't get in the way when you open it. Inside. I can buckle and unbuckle myself and walk without blankets. I drive 5.5 miles to work in 35 degree Denver morning air…
