Love it! best in skates, skateboards and scooters

I decided to take all my grandkids (8) on roller skates so we could ride together at the weekend. I bought a new pair of skates from the rink but didn't like the wheels that came on my skates so I looked it up and read the reviews and then ordered them. When I spoke to the owner of the ice rink she thought they were too hard and smooth for me but I think they are amazing! They have traction with adequate gliding over a painted cement floor. I feel safe and they drive well! And the price was…

Ideal for skate park and ice rink!

These wheels are suitable for the skate park as well as for the ice rink! I bought these because I was looking for something stiffer for the skate park than my Sonar Zen 85a wheels that came with my Riedell outdoor skates. good while they work; They feel a lot lighter and more agile than stock bikes and I feel like I'm going faster and higher with less effort. It took me a few times to line up the bearings (red 8mm) but I think it's just my inexperience. I changed the wheels for the first time…

  • Ideal for outdoor activities

Easy and inexpensive upgrade

I love these wheels. I have a very basic pair of inline skates. I wanted to upgrade the wheels so I could roll longer and have a little more control than my original wheels. I wanted RollerBones but wasn't sure what model, color, durometer or diameter. After researching I decided on them. I replaced the bearings with Bones Redz and put these wheels on. My skates feel fantastic. The reel and reel length were better and they were faster and I didn't have to push myself like before. These wheels…

Highly recommended! fits wheels

I have 57mm, 98a purple. Ouch. My. My goodness. Great wheels for indoor skating! This is such a great price for such good quality wheels! They have sufficient grip, but also good gliding. I definitely still feel very stable and I like the slide for fast back and forth turns. And for spins. I don't feel as stuck as I did on my old 96a wheels. These roller wheels have a very fast roll; Very little effort is required for long and fast skating. I can only recommend these bikes!

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Some bugs

Go hard wheels! You will be so happy!

Great! My skating level went up by 100! I'm a completely different person! It's much smoother and faster, with little effort pumping or skating, and I just go! At first I was afraid to ride hard wheels as I was used to hybrid or soft wheels, but to be honest the tech isn't much different. i am the same I just don't work as hard as I used to, and this helps me move faster and higher when I want to. IF I WANT TO! This is the key. You will not be forced. It's so much fun to be able to control the…

Smooth as BUT, the best in the sport

I mounted them on my Riedelle Wave skates, the wheels that came with them are rubbish. I installed ball bearings and went to the rink, mind you, our rink is not in the best condition. It's a concrete indoor rink with some bumps, but those wheels slide like OIL. They wouldn't stick to regular ground dirt, they were grippy to the point where spin was difficult, but they were fast and you could roll down the lane with basically no pressure. Wheel 10/10 at a great price. Obviously they are only for

The best - without further ado!

Simply the best wheel at a great price. The Powell - Peralta urethane formula is key to the success of these wheels. These wheels work great on every interior surface I've come across, from raw maple, painted wood, and epoxy terrazzo tile. The 98A wheels have the right amount of traction but still have some rebound to absorb bumps. This quality alone will make you feel safer and more confident, resulting in a more positive driving experience. These wheels are smooth as glass and durable. You…

I wish I had bought them sooner!

I love these wheels so much! I wish I had bought them a long time ago. Smooth, with good grip but can slide easily over hard, smooth and flat concrete surfaces. Can easily roll over pesky cracks and pebbles! When I first started learning to skate, all my resources told me to start with 78A road wheels. So I did. It was very difficult for me to learn to skate with those giant jellies, but I was scared of the 98A's creepy progressive hard wheels. Eventually I got bored with my big ole street…

Affordable price, good balance between grip and smoothness, excellent colors

I bought them mainly for ice skating and the surface of the rink is polished concrete, so I needed something hard and something smooth enough Jamming/shuffle on skates with twists and turns, but also something with just enough grip to stay in control. This is a great and affordable option. The colors match the photos quite well, I ordered Lime Green and it's a pretty solid neon lime. I have the royal purple Moxi Lolly boots so the color really pops. Any reservations about these wheels or just…
