SAIC has the ability to control multiple areas of my network; firewall, wireless, and host/device management. Their support team is available 24/7 to assist with any issue to help our network stay secure. The ability for us to create custom rules in combination with other products made it easy to manage our environment without having too many 3rd party tools or services required. It was also very well integrated into Microsoft 365 so we could easily access all of its features within Sway. We liked everything about it but best is they are reliable with their service always there for you even when working outside of office hours! I don't like we can not keep our files safe as in cloud so i just use dropbox or other way storage services which will give us protection from viruses attacks etc Nothing at this time!
