Great Solution For Endpoint Management

I have used this software since 2014, when it was still called SCCM Server. At that time, It did not sync with our client devices (PC's) but worked perfectly for mobile device management which we were also using at that time. The product has now evolved with additional features such as Intune and Azure AD support. We've been able to add more options by adding those functions to existing apps in house. Pros
  • It works great across many different types/platforms.
  • The interface looks simple & straightforward from my experience testing out beta versions before launch
Cons
  • Customer service reps tend focus too much attention about how things "used"to look vs current status ,and don’t always provide full answers
