Yes, some gel pens are actually fluorescent! Pink, Orange, Yellow and Lime Green are all bright fluorescent and are good for underlining/emphasizing teaching and study materials. Good, but not great. They don't have the same hard case as the same brand and brand of glossy pens. Some pens leave streaks due to the ball point.
