Gorgeous colors, high quality yarn.

Nice colors! I used this for my first attempt at sewing/repairing Shashiko. Looks great on black fabric

Good Price: Sew

Good price. Not as tight as Perle cotton but good for everyday wear. About the same size as a size 8 Perle cotton. My package arrived with 5 skeins nicely wrapped. I carefully unfolded the strand and cut it in half. All lengths are now pre-cut to the perfect length for hand sewing.

Pros
  • Acceptable
Cons
  • Not as good as it says

True to Color matches yarn and floss

These colors are great! I thought the seller might have saturated the colors a bit in the photo, but they definitely match the color. I'm a big fan and user of colorful embroidery threads and these are the prettiest I've ever seen. I've used Iris, DMC, J&P Coats, Prism but they have a uniqueness that others don't. Highly recommended to all fiber artists!

Pros
  • fingers crossed
Cons

The strings break easily when used.

Colors and patterns Nice colors are bright. I give it a mixed review because part of the thread broke when doing the cross stitch, it's a big rolled up ball of yarn that you have to figure out where it starts and ends . I had to cut loose threads and roll them up. separated so I can untangle the rest of the ball. but again he makes good colors and patterns.

Pros
  • Sturdy design
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Disappointed in Thread & Floss

Read the description and the questions previously asked to see how many parts are included. I read it comes in a pack of 5. I thought $6.50 for a 5 pack was a great deal so I bought it. When it arrived I was shocked to only find ONE piece. Don't know if it was a bug or what. But I will return it. I can get the same thing much cheaper elsewhere. The color was lighter but darker than shown in the photo.

Pros
  • Well Built
Cons
  • Modern

Beautiful colors but fibers break

Beautiful colors but fibers break too easily. I tried thinning the thread and the fibers just snapped too much. I continued sewing with all the thread (embroidery) and the threads ripped at the end and then broke off. I've machine washed and dried it and it still held up. We're just letting it see how it holds up after multiple washes. I wouldn't buy it again as the work I do is intense and I want it to continue. We chased it because I was in a hurry and didn't have a chance to visit the shops.

Tangle - Stitching

I read reviews that it would be a little confusing but I didn't think it would be THAT BAD. I've been trying to disassemble this knot for over 3 hours now. It's literally tied in the middle of the thread pile, and they tie it all over the place. WHY? I'm still trying to unravel it because I'm determined to use it, but I'm NOT buying it again. If this company didn't tie it like that, but instead wrapped it like any other embroidery floss, I'd be happy. The thread seems thick enough for a book…

Pros
  • Great Construction
Cons
  • Crumpled Packaging

Nice thread! on Sewing

This is a GREAT thread, but there are a few important things to know before you buy! , but that's probably because you're used to winding 8m/24ft shafts! It is 40 m / 131 ft long, so much larger than a regular coil. If you want to wind it on regular embroidery bobbins, you need to separate them. I went ahead and bought some very long ones to wrap whole as they should be. None of my threads snapped (were knotted anywhere along the line), but with a thread that long, expect that to happen. then…

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Dear

Have fun playing for cross stitch!

I am trying to use this product for cross stitching which it is not designed for. I originally docked a star because it broke while working with it and it was very difficult to untangle without cutting the thread. I went ahead and gave it a final star because I'm happy with the results in the end. It's a difficult task, but I like the way it looks. For cross stitch I don't recommend pulling the threads apart (the patience required was not reproducible). It worked well on linen as a single thick

  • Decent performance
