Excellent service offered by this agency - very responsive, attentive and professional!

The responsiveness is great! Every step was taken care by them from beginning till end (from booking until delivery).The price structure makes sense as well compared w/ other companies offering similar products & rates - no surprises here at all which has been good so far!! nothing comes across my mind about this organization or its team members / employees who i had worked along side during different projects over time!! Great customer support indeed! Excellent communication skills too :) Very

Professionalism, Quality and Communication

We used them as an owner operator carrier who was very professional while providing great customer care! There wasn't anything we didn’t like about working or dealing directly w/them during our time together (2 years). The only thing is there were times when my driver would not come into work due tp medical issues however his supervisor called me immediately saying he had worked all day at another location & wanted more money because she felt bad i couldn;y use him but still paid what needed…

Great experience with Customer Service department

The best thing about this organization is there customer care representatives who genuinely want you as a customer to be happy! Our business was moving from one state to another so we needed help getting our goods shipped out. This team took great care of us and really made sure everything went smooth. There were no problems at all during the move. We will definitely use them again if need arises. Nothing negative about this company but i would suggest everyone looking into shipping companies…
