The best bags for presentation goods

I love these laminating bags! They are very beautiful, durable and transparent after lamination. Please note that you must feed the closed side of the bag into the machine, otherwise your ends will curl up. The quality of your car also plays a role! I use a Scotch TL1302 thermal laminator. This is a 13 inch laminator I bought at Walmart for $25.

Pros
  • nice thing
Cons
  • not sure

Great laminating pouches!

I use thousands of laminating pouches for work and they are great. They come out crystal clear. Easy to use. Here's a tip: if you print on cardstock and use these bags, you end up with a nice, thick laminated sheet. We use them for teaching materials. If you use cardboard you can use not so thick bags (5ml) and you save a lot of money compared to 7ml and you don't get a fragile laminated product.

Pros
  • Fingers crossed
Cons
  • Small change

"LOVE! " Great for teachers!

These things are awesome! I'm a teacher and it's so handy that I have 5M for my TPTs! Our school laminator is very thin (for which I'm grateful), but sometimes you just need a heavier, less flexible surface. I will say don't cut close to the edge because the laminate will fall apart. With some space, cut out around the paper. And it's ugly to cut because it's hard. But the heaviness makes it so strong! I absolutely recommend this product!

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Not happy with everything

I like to have both thicknesses on hand so I can.

I am using a Scotch brand laminator with these Scotch laminating sheets. Works perfectly. I have used both 3 mil thickness and 5 mil thickness. While you might not think there's a huge difference between the two thicknesses, there is! A thickness of 5 mil gives a much stronger result. It feels much stiffer than 3 mil. I like to have both gauges on hand to choose between for any application. Due to the extra thickness of the 5mm laminating sheets, I put them through the laminator TWICE to getโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • Problem

Always a great product!

I have always had good results with Scotch brand laminate bags. I'm a teacher and I use them to laminate playing cards for class. I like the 5 mil plates because they offer a very thick coating that makes the parts more durable. I can laminate map sheets without any problems and cut them into pieces after lamination. I rarely have problems with sheets that don't match what I'm laminating. If that ever happens, I just run the piece through the laminator again to reseal it. I can laminate printed

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Update available

The sides come out crooked Lika banana

The product itself is good. Excellent quality and 3 and 5 mil laminations are done relatively quickly. The BIG PROBLEM is that the page is not preserved when exiting the machine. This causes it to flex slightly and constantly when coming out and being slid onto the table the machine sits on. Multilayer plastics solidify during this time and the curve persists on each sheet as it cools. The end product is a curved (like a banana) sheet that doesn't lie flat. This problem could easily be solvedโ€ฆ

Pros
  • is clear, even the old
Cons
  • is fading

Really great laminating pouches!

I LOVE Scotch Lamination Sheets! I use them to preserve and protect what is most important to me. I use this product to keep my bookmarks waterproof. I made a color chart for my Chameleon markers and Prismacolor pencils. You can print quotes, poems, newspaper articles and just about anything you want! If possible, DO NOT use a heat laminator on items with glue/tape. Glue can ruin what you're trying to save. I have added magnetic strips to some items to attach to the fridge etc. Available in 3mm

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Quick Start Guide

Just as good as the services of an office supplies dealer.

I went to my local office supply store to get some instructions laminated. Once it was laminated, I realized there were so many other things that needed protection as well. I thought the quality at the stationery store would be better than the private car, but the gentleman at the store mentioned that one day their car broke down. and they just took 1 off the shelf and used it instead. Laminating a sheet at the store costs $3. We went ahead and bought a laminator that came with sheets, but they

Pros
  • Great price

  • Big and bulky

Scotch thermal laminating films work well, but with a caveat.

Scotch Thermal Laminate Pouches perfectly seal, preserve and protect photos and documents when used with a 3M Scotch Thermal Laminator. 5 mil bags provide a tighter seal than standard 3 mil bags. However, 3 mil bags are suitable for most applications. I noticed that the thicker 5 mil product is labeled 5 mil on the packaging, but the thinner 3 mil product is not. One of the limitations of these laminating pouches is that the end result is not completely flat, but will always have some curvature

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Slightly torn
