This is a great little product. It was made specifically for use on cement and works well. I bought this to prevent my outdoor rug from curling up and leaves falling underneath. He does what he says he will do. I would buy this again.

Because of the strong wind I used this tape to fix a carpet on my balcony. As long as it can withstand wind and rain. The only thing to keep in mind during use is that once you remove the backing to stick on the floor, it is not easy to move it. I will definitely use this again!

My garden gets direct sunlight most of the day. I was disappointed with how hot it was on my new trekking deck in the summer, so I bought outdoor mats to cover the most commonly used areas. The tape is great for holding the corners and keeping the rug in place even in high winds.

I got this to hold the artificial grass on our balcony. We live in Japan (military) and it has withstood two typhoons (weak) and strong wind and rain. So far so good, it needed some reinforcements, but I wasn't expecting such great results. I'll still edit it if we get a real typhoon.

I'm a big fan of 3M products, they have always delivered excellent products that did the job they were designed to do. I ended up using it as a kitchen rug as the rug I bought for the balcony was too small. I was apprehensive about sticking the tape to the vinyl floor but after a few weeks it was holding very well and of course I had to see how difficult it would be to remove and it took a bit of persuading but it came off. clean off the floor and I really like it! There are no traces left. Highly recommended.

Hmmmm, I'm a bit disappointed with this one. I expected it to stick to clean, dry wood, but it doesn't. I also used a few small pieces on the covered porch wall to attach the plastic poster, but this tape doesn't hold up well in humid environments. You might want to do more research than me to make sure it's right for your area. 3M products are generally very good. I guess I didn't buy the right version for my application of gluing an inexpensive indoor/outdoor lawn carpet to a covered deck.
