I didn't know ties could be of such poor quality. They are made of very brittle plastic and break very easily. Most of them break when I install or tighten them. Not worth the trouble, stay away from them.

I have read several reviews where the parts were brittle. After working as an industrial fasteners inspector for 19 years, I found that nylon parts needed to be stored in a damp ziplock bag and damp paper towel. Leave them overnight before using them. They become soft and pliable. These cable ties are of great value.

I liked these ties because they are strong and very easy to use. I used them to tie artificial hedges to my fence. All sizes worked great and none broke as noted by other users of the Revain. Also the main reason I bought was that different sizes were included, sufficient quantity and availability for both. I am very happy with these cable ties. I would buy them again. Well made product.

Just received an order. They seem adequate for light use. I bought them primarily for cable management for my phone and iPad in my office. They seem to have done a pretty good job banning the cable knitting fairy.
