Suitable for Worms

This is a good feeder for live worms in my 10 gallon community aquarium. The female of my dwarf puffer likes to hide from the male indoors, so I leave him in the tank. It sticks well to the glass when pressed and the glass is clean. Great value for money, includes 6 suction cups.

Pros
  • Great Price
Cons
  • No Instructions

Bought and the suction cup idea is great BUT they don't stick to the glass.

Bought and this suction cup is great BUT it won't stay on the glass for more than a few days no matter how clean the surface. I want to return it and get a different product. The seller does not answer questions.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Nothing here

Frozen food made from live fish.

Place one of these at the top of the waterline and place frozen brine and/or mosquito larvae cubes in the cone. It is very interesting to watch the fish waiting for something to fall out of the basket. My fish took it for the first time. Works best in places with heavy water flow.

Pros
  • Decent Performance
Cons
  • Small Parts

Didn't work with frozen mosquito larvae

Frozen mosquito larvae sat thawed in the cup and didn't fall into the holes. The holes should be larger so that at least some of the worms can be seen from the bottom of the cup so the fish can eat from the feeder. It's more of a holder than a feeder as the "food" doesn't come out of the container as easily.

Pros
  • Amazing
Cons
  • Expensive

Helps ensure all my fish are fed live food.

My smoldering tetras can only eat very small larvae, but if I put them straight into water, neon, black, red tetras and white clouds will eat them all before they can get them. I bought them and put three around the aquarium. I put mosquito larvae of various sizes in one cup, brine shrimp in another, and fabulous shrimp in the third. Previously, smoldering tetras could go in there and eat whatever they wanted without being overwhelmed by other tetras.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Communication with seller

Phew approved! at Fish & Aquatic Pets

I feed my dwarf puffer fish live mosquito larvae. I had no trouble attaching the suction cup to the side of the tank. The worms stirred as soon as they were thrown into the cone, sending the puffer into a frenzy. They had no problem picking up worms right out of the cone or waiting patiently for the ones that fell down. I use a chopstick to "stir" things in the cone and get the worms to stir after the initial shock of falling into the cone. I am very happy that it comes with 6 cones and 6…

They have to be perfect so he can swim and eat his treats

It just didn't work for me. There is nothing wrong with these feeders and I have been using them to feed my betta for a while. Clint: My betta is in a ten gallon aquarium with three measles cats as bottom feeders. I feed him frozen mosquito larvae and frozen Artemia. Slits that Clint snaps shut, he went in to get his goodies. Since they are cone-shaped, it is difficult for him to reach the ground. So I ordered these large drinking cups - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0773JX8Q1/ref=oh_aui_de…

Pros
  • It's all right!
Cons
  • Not bad
