Great, insightful and informative Training provided

The training was very well organised with clear objectives set out for each participant at every stage of their learning journey which really helped to keep them engaged throughout our 8 week programme! It's also good that they are able pull together such an extensive range or different types & sizes companies from across Europe into one course - I think this has been beneficial as it means we have seen some great examples/practices being used by other participants too so there isn't just 'one…

Great experience, easy and effective delivery format

The ability to train across multiple geographies & cultures at once! We have seen an increase of around 35% year-on -year with regards customer service training for our customers which has led directly into increased satisfaction scores from them as well so far great stuff!! I would say this programme had been very hands off but do engage their services where there are things that may not be covered by your usual curriculum (eg certain cultural issues). Very knowledgeable, organized and professional staff !

I really enjoyed working with all of my coaches as well! The training was very informative & helpful for me to grow professionally within this field which has been something that's needed since beginning employment at one point or another during each year here so far!! Nothing specific but it would be great if they had more courses pertaining specifically towards management positions like Director/VP level roles because those are some areas where we need help growing our careers from…

Fantastic experience and professionalism

The best thing about teambuilding games like this one are that it really gets participants to open up! I can honestly say we have never had something quite as good before when doing anything remotely close with our previous employer. Not much - maybe there was nothing bad at all (but then again perhaps not). It depends how your organisation operates internally or where you see room for growth going forward. A great way in improving your communication skills

The most useful part of the program was the exercises that we used to work through. It helped us analyse what our strengths and weaknesses were as individuals and as a team. The content was very well written and easy to follow. I found it difficult to keep up with all the information being thrown at me. There were too many new things to learn and remember. It would be good if there was more time for each session to go over key points. For example, the first session only had about 30 minutes. It

Excellent People and Customer Service Delivery

I have been working with Sam for over 2 years now as his direct manager of my account teams he has always delivered high quality training to our reps which results into great business outcomes! He's an expert at what he does but also very humble & down-to earth - you can't go wrong when choosing him or any other member from this amazing organisation!! Nothing really so far that i dislike about them all around excellent people who are committed towards their clients success. Highly recommended
