Fast with rubber/plastic loop

Wow, the shipping was fast! I needed this for my lymphedema pump which requires a case. was wrong. That's exactly what I ordered. However, the plastic strap you use to attach it to your luggage is flimsy, but light enough to replace once it's detached.

Well done and nice to have

Great find! Glad to have this cpap machine label for air travel. Bought to keep going but is well made and will feel safe to add to a checked bag that the car could possibly be packed into in hopes of extra care for that bag. The ID slot is tight, so don't worry about the card falling out. Would definitely buy another if we needed to add another case or add to a mobile device.

Good work. Don't worry about falling.

Attaches easily with no risk of falling. It worked great and the airport employee knew exactly what I was taking. Three out of four times it was simply scanned and once searched. Pre-TSA passengers are not required to take their CPAP machine to security, but others do, and for one leg of my flight I didn't get through security. It's a little pricey for what it is, but it's well made and should last a lifetime for any trip.

Thick and heavy best in luggage and travel gear

I looked at a lot of medical and CPAP labels and most looked like they were printed and laminated. Got this one and was very surprised at how heavy and thick the rubber was. The tape used is not as reliable as someone said, but I taped it over to be sure as well. Some people argue that it's not possible to remove an ID for use or replacement. . You can get under the edge of the hole and damage it if you're not careful. Also, I'm wondering if the people who said they couldn't get the ID removed…

Love the label hate the cheap plastic tape

The plastic tape that comes with the medical label is not safe. It opens during normal airport service and transportation causing the tag to detach/fall off. This is a design issue that can be simplified by omitting the weak belt and incorporating a reinforced steel cable (mentioned in the advertisement as included). Unfortunately, this is not the case and Shacke will not help. The label itself is very good. Which is really embarrassing. I would give this product a 10/10 if it included a metal…

Simple and effective

Simple, easy, to the point and effective. It is also very easy to use. I'm not sure if the design has changed at all, but I had absolutely no problem opening the case to slip a business card with my contact details inside. A piece of plastic rests on top of the rubber material, then insert your card, then another piece of plastic slides over it. Once everything is in, thread the fastening strap through the slot and attach it to your piece. I would give five stars if there was a better way to…

Ideal for air travel!

This product is fantastic. Very well made heavy duty plastic with raised letters and a pocket in the box for my name/address. I wrote to the TSA inquiring about onboard access for my cpap machine. I received an official reply that my CPAP is considered a basic medical device and that I can take it on board free of charge. There the rules were explained to me to take the car through the technical inspection of the automatic attendant with minimal problems. Part of the whole process is clearly…

This is a fantastic label and an absolute must have for anyone traveling with medical supplies. I don't usually write reviews but I was so pleased with the quality of this tag. As a type 1 diabetic, I have to take a lot of medication and a few devices with me on every flight. I often jump up when the top shelves are full, because people feel the need to shove their heavy luggage into my carry-on when carrying glass vials of insulin, blood glucose meters, etc., and unfortunately many regional or
