Have used other companies products and this is better than any other product we use. This allows us to track everything from first contact to closing sale. The best part is the reporting and analytics we can generate from this tool. The best thing is it works great for our business. It does everything we need it to do and it does it well.   • You don't need a degree in computer science to figure it out
  • They make sense and are easy to understand
Cons
  • If you aren't comfortable with Excel, it may be difficult to use at first
  • No mobile app, although you can download reports from a desktop browser

The most useful feature is that the chat bot answers all the queries on their website, its pretty helpful because whenever i have doubts about something, my mom always ask me whether I had asked them earlier so I never forget to ask them, Its very simple and easy to use. Also, I am a student so my schedule is quite hectic but since I started using this app, I hardly get any late/missed calls or texts from my parents now.
