I like that you can see everything about your shipments when they are being processed, including where it's at with respect to picking up from its destination warehouse or delivery point (if applicable). The ease of use, customer service support & speed to execute orders are my favorite! I don't have any dislikes at this time but would love more integration into Google Drive or Salesforce CRM so we can keep track from all areas within our organization instead having many different tools with which they must sync data manually (which takes forever). I like that it has all of my billing information, quotes from carriers to track orders as they go through our warehouse! It can be difficult at times when you need an answer quickly but if there's enough time I'd rather just ask them than call or email someone else who may not know what your looking for either.
