Great platform and great customer service

I like that it allows me access from anywhere, even when offline! It's also very easy for my team members who don't have any IT experience at all (myself included) - we can use this without having anyone else in our office help us set up an account or anything of sorts because everything has been done already by their staff member before they got back into work after being off sick themselves earlier today :) The only thing about shofi which could be better would maybe just make some more…

  • Allows you to connect from anywhere, even when you aren't connected to the internet!
Cons
  • It's a bit limited at the moment, but it looks like they're adding more features as time goes on

Excellent Product with Great Customer Service

The ability for my team of over 50 people all in different time zones, but working together as one super collaborative group! It's also great that we have access via our phones or laptops no matter where they're located around Australia (and internationally!). We were able solve some issues I was having before when using an old version of GoToMeeting - which has since been removed from their platform due to technical reasons so it can't be accessed anymore.   • I've had issues with the platform freezing at times, not being able to access the app when it should

Convenient tool worth investing some budget $s with

I like that we can schedule events online, which saves us time when it comes booking flights or hotels in advance of an upcoming workshop/event date! That said - if you're new at this whole social media thing then don't expect much from your first few weeks using these services as there's lots for users who've been around longer than myself to discover without having spent months learning how they work before hand (like me). But once things start clicking into place everything works well…
