Sightcorp Review

The software has helped me to identify emotions in my customers, which helps improve customer service by giving feedback about their needs/demands from time-to-time basis or even daily! It also gives recommendations as per mood of user. I have noticed that sometimes it does not pick up certain emotion well but overall its good so far!! Nothing much at this point though.
