Easy to use for remote teams to keep track of projects

The ability for multiple people in our team, who are geographically dispersed but work from home most of time, can use it together without any problems or technical issues. We have been using this product since 2015, we had some minor bugs which were fixed by their support staff within few hours after reporting them via ticketing platform. I would recommend anyone looking at an easy way to keep track of projects that they need to be working upon and prioritize accordingly. Their customer…

Easily Integrated into Site and Very Reliable

I like that it allows our developers to be able to deploy their site without creating a custom queuing system. It also allows us to set up our own ticketing functionality which we can manage internally. I dislike the fact that the support team is very slow to respond to tickets. Also, they keep asking for more information up-front which is not necessary. We were able to use it with no issues. Our biggest issue was our ticketing system. Fantastic Solution For Content Scheduling

The flexibility of queueing content in order by priority, user preference or date received allows us to create an effective solution for our customers where previously we had not been able to offer them anything that they were looking for. We are using this functionality as part of our customer journey but there doesn't appear at present any way it can be used when creating email campaigns - perhaps I just haven't found one yet?
