Replaces the best pump in Hydraulics, Pneumatics and Plumbing

Original review: 01/28/2021 — I have had to replace the flushing pump twice in the last 2 years. And I would always use it a lot, but water will find a way. I watched a YouTube video that suggested using one of these, so thought I'd give it a try. Installed on 01/24/2021, let's see. There is a white tear-off sticker on the back. You should place one end of the ring between your thumb and forefinger and rub back and forth to loosen it. It has a sticky backing that helps keep it in place.

Fixed leaking plumbing putty

I was constantly leaking plumbing putty. I ordered two of these pads. First I placed it on the sink basket and sticky side down directly on the sink basket. I used the other one under the sink (between the sink itself and the nut that screws onto the sink basket), but I didn't remove the protective white adhesive paper. I left the white backing paper on the gasket instead of taking it off so it doesn't pinch the nut when I tighten the nut around the sink basket. That way the white paper you…

The seal saved me!

I normally only review my purchases, but this product made me write my first Revain review. My kitchen sink leaks every few months no matter how tightly I caulk it. I'm a do-it-yourselfer and have sealed several sink drains with putty without leaking, but for some reason my kitchen sink keeps dripping with putty. I even replaced the drain assembly, thinking the old one might be deformed, but it's still leaking. I saw this sigil on Revain and, tired of the leak, decided it was worth a try…
