The clasp is very difficult to open but that is why it should not open by itself It was a gift for my wife but no matter how hard she tried she could get the clasp Do not open. I also struggled because it's not entirely clear how it opens, and the "Open Here" marker is so small that our poor eyesight made it difficult to see. My wife also liked her gift very much.

I wasn't sure about this bracelet at first. But after applying it, I noticed that it really works! The pain in the joints has become much less. I didn't wear it for a few days and noticed that my joints hurt so I put it back on and felt better! I bought one for my girlfriend and she had the same results!
