I'm a fan of Smooth on products. The price is not bad for these test size kits. Using colors gives you a world of possibilities, but make sure you understand the nature of dithering, as some will solidify white and others will solidify transparent. Clear hardeners absorb pigment better than white hardeners.

I love smooth products. I make monster magnets by adding resin powder to 325 mixed equal parts of A and B. I'll give them out to my mages or healers on Halloween. I cast them in the molds of my own sculptures that I made for my youtube channel Spider Webs and Candlesticks. They pop right out of my silicone molds.

I've used Smooth On Resin successfully in the past, but this last order gave terrible results. This is not a healing snow-white color, but a dirty, cloudy yellow. I carefully weighed both parts a and b and mixed thoroughly with the same result. This is where we part ways with Smooth On, and I buy resin in bulk from a trusted supplier. Completely disappointed.

I've used this resin to make custom game controller buttons and it always comes out great! There are very few bubbles, if any. It is crystal clear without any pigments or dyes. It's designed to cure quickly, demolding in 10-15 minutes and rock hard in 4 hours. If you're having no luck with resins like PUDUO, ArtNGlow, etc., this is what you're looking for. It outperforms others in performance and price.

Despite reading negative reviews, I still tried this product. The product arrived on time with both bottles (as described) and had simple instructions. Unfortunately, the pink bottle from "Part A" was very viscous, like it was semi-cured in the bottle. I couldn't even mix it with a paint stirrer without the stick breaking! Pro: Very comfortable. The fast curing time is great. You don't need to be as accurate as other brands when measuring the same parts. Be sure to mix well. Scrape down the sides and bottom, pouring back and forth between cups a few times to make sure you don't miss any spots as it's very thick. Don't stir too hard or you'll get a bubble mess. The only thing I didn't really like was how insanely short the shelf life is. Amazing is not a strong enough word for this product. It picks up detail very well, fine fine detail. This product was first introduced to me at Gencon, I've used it in several builds, it's been used on stage and it has exceeded expectations time after time.
