Type of review

The best thing about this tool, apart from its easy navigation, is that it provides detailed insights into your business process and makes you understand what's working well or not! It also has an intuitive dashboard which gives you a clear picture of where you stand today compared to the industry standard. I would say the tool is very user-friendly, but would recommend adding more categories in the upcoming versions to make it easier for new users like us. As a whole, it's a great tool to…

  • Dashboard clearly shows all KPIs at once.
  • Reporting features (SLA reporting etc.) are pretty good too
  • Wide arrayof data sources available within one platform such as Salesforce CRM/Force Automation Tool , Amazon Web Services CloudFormations & AWS Lambda functions..etc., so we have less workloads across platforms now!! :)
Cons
  • A lotta work needsto go if they want better UI design.
