Not my best purchase, could have found something else.

He got me a little used for 31.000r is adequate money for him. More expensive than 36.000 for a new one is highly not recommended! I had the previous XF9000 . of course it’s even worse there for its 39.990r . it was very interesting how it was here, because there are a couple of videos from Sony itself how they reached the top in sound just for this bar . Complete nonsense, don’t listen. There is a review of "The best bar from Sony . and this is nonsense. Just listen to it yourself, if you…

    Pros
    • Fairly good sound. Loud, more or less legible, bass bless you, 2 HDMI inputs. Wall mount included. Dolby Atmos
    Cons
    • Lightweight, from this we understand that we will not hear much high-quality sound. So it is, 3 speakers, the volume is not transmitted in the proper way. The sub shakes be healthy, but there is almost no depth of the bottom, it just thumps. The grid is snotty, a little not close to the magnet. The S-Force mode in this model is already better than in the previous xf9000, but even here sometimes when the bar imitates the sound behind, you can hear the sound for 300r from the transition, it's terrible. Not finalized. Price 49.990r at Of. Stores. Dolby Atmos 3.1, without upper channels (as if not Atmos)

The price/quality ratio is great, I will buy again.

Bought it back in September 2022. Before buying, I listened to all the main competitors on the 2022 market, they lose a lot to this soundbar model. I use it in the following bundle: Apple TV 4K, HT-ZF9, OLED TV 55 "4K HDR LG. All this costs in a kitchen of 18 sq. watching movies than picture quality. After watching movies on this set as 4K Dolby Vision with Dolby 5.1 track, you will not be able to watch anything in cinemas! Also, before buying, I definitely recommend listening to the Sony…

    Pros
    • - the sound quality in films with a multi-channel track is better than in the vast majority most 2022 cinemas - a large margin of volume, I use it by 30% (kitchen area 18 sq m) -modern design (appearance) - compactness - completely switchable display -two-level dialogue amplification mode (really helps to hear speech better) - Embedded chromecast audio -support for all modern video formats (4K, Dolby Vision) -eARC support -wireless subwoofer and rear speakers work not through buggy and slow bluetooth, and via wi-fi - the kit comes with the fastest HDMI cable at that time, unlike the same Apple TV 4K where there is no cable at all, and at the same time, the set-top box can test the bandwidth of HDMI cables. In 2022, as it turned out, it is impossible to find a fast HDMI cable for adequate money.
    Cons
    • - constructively neither in the soundbar nor in the rear speakers Atmos speakers there are no upwards, but there is a virtual emulation of them and, in principle, it is audible in some films -remote control collects dust very strongly from the front side, remote control ergonomics from the 80s -Spotify was simply stupidly cut out of the 2022 firmware and there was nothing to replace it added! In June 2022, Spotify will officially come to 2022, it is not clear they will add it to new firmware versions or not. There is nothing to say in the support service could! - location of HDMI connectors (too close together and in a recess) -the subwoofer just put it on the floor on the laminate, the neighbors from above and below complain and sometimes the dishes in the cabinets rattle -if you are a music lover, then the quality of music playback will not suit you (I listen to music in HQ via soundbar's built-in chromecast audio) -when switching sources from video to audio, the sound settings of the system do not change and you have to change them manually every time! -there is no 2022 language in the soundbar menu (for me this is not a minus) -Sony has not officially brought rear wireless speakers to the 2022 market SA-Z9R, and the 2022 warranty does not apply to those purchased in Europe !

I did not regret the purchase, everything is fine.

The person above is wrong. Soundbar recognizes 4k with apple tv 4k. Convinced of this personally. Accordingly, either the person in the HDMI settings did not enable enhanced format, or he has a marriage. Got pros: Tons of options and playable codecs. I won’t speak for the sound itself, I don’t know much about the intricacies, let the music lovers tell. Has some cons Raw firmware software, sometimes there are glitches associated with the transmission of the video signal to the TV, such as the…

The product is average, I'm not sure it's worth the money.

I understand that I expected too much from a plastic box, but the sound is an order of magnitude worse than even my Harman / Kardon Soundsticks, which are 2 times smaller. The middle is failed, the sub plays as if separately. In the cinema, when additional effects are activated, it sounds even more or less, but you won’t listen to music on it, especially some kind of rock. The sound is similar to a pair of portable speakers, to which a subwoofer and digital effects have been added. I advise you

    Pros
    • – Good sound in movies and games – Separate channel for speech – Compatible with Sony TV – Support for most digital audio formats
    Cons
    • - Sound. The middle is failed, the sub sounds as if separately. In the cinema, more or less, not suitable for music at all

    Revainrating 3 out of 5

The quality is ok on the whole, it has some small flaws.

I won’t say that the sound really surprised me, but it obviously doesn’t pull out for a budget of 45,000, in the next room there is an old model of the sony ht st7 soundbar - the sound is much better there, but there is no dolby atmos in it, I read about this technology, I really wanted to try - I can say with confidence - it's definitely not needed in the soundbar, the old model with standard dolby digital and dts decoders does this new product in full program and in sound quality and volume -

    Cons
    • The main drawback of the model is the constantly spontaneous subwoofer, it goes into standby mode while the soundbar is working. At what I can’t find the reason in any way - it happens at very different times, sometimes it works fine until the end of the movie, and sometimes just turning it off from the outlet helps to start it. While a little disappointed, I will add a review in a month.

Beyond praise! The product definitely deserves your attention.

In general, I am very pleased with the sound-bomb, I also bought rear ones for it, although the sound was excellent even without them. Fully fulfills the invested money. Before that, there was a Samsung q60r, by the way, it’s also very good for its money, but after putting this one I realized that Sony works much better in almost all scenarios, but it’s also more expensive of course. I definitely recommend.

    Pros
    • Great clear sound The effect of volume is much better than the analogue from Samsung Supports many audio formats. Works perfectly in conjunction with a SONY + SHILD TV.
    Cons
    • Marky gloss on the bar

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

I was surprised by the quality for this price.

At first, I used it for half a year and thought that it could not be better. All in general, it suited. Effects were really heard from behind (I still don’t understand how he does it). But when you add a pair of rear speakers to it, it's just a song. I have never heard such a sound even in cinemas. Juicy and so embracing from all sides that closing your eyes you can really think that you are in the center of events. In general, definitely five! Yes, expensive, but worth every invested. Modern…

    Pros
    • The sound is just a gun. I have a TV set of the same brand, with one remote control (from the TV set) it steers without problems.
    Cons
    • If you don’t play anything on the TV for a long time, it turns off - then you need to pull the native remote control

    Revainrating 3 out of 5

In general, everything is not bad, but I expected more.

ated on 11/05/2022 After 3 weeks of use, a defect appeared on the soundbar screen display. The display was replaced under warranty. A week later, after the warranty repair, when watching a video, the subwoofer began to work intermittently. Bass disappears and reappears randomly. Now I need to take the soundbar back for diagnostics? Purchase disappointed. For 50 thousand you can buy a full-fledged home theater !

    Pros
    • Sound quality, looks, build quality. A soundbar synced with a set-top box or TV does not spontaneously go to sleep when there is a temporary lack of sound. (you can safely pause the movies and not bathe)
    Cons
    • Currently, the device cannot receive 4K HDR video from the Apple TV 4K. We are waiting for one of the two companies to release an ate and solve this problem!

I'm amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

In general, I am very satisfied, I bought a soundbar in a small living room of 15m2 in a standard Brezhnev socket. Initially, I wanted to get confused with the receiver and JAMO s803 with atmosphere, but I looked at the stretch ceiling, at the baseboards where the wires should be shove, and it became hard. Yes, and there are not so many places. And then I thought, maybe the soundbars have advanced during this time? As it turns out, they've moved on. Went to a couple of stores - listened. Then…

    Pros
    • Sound. Clear, clear. The bass doesn't rattle. Sub is excellent. The control is simple, you can even control the settings via HDMI-arc, i. E. original remote is not needed. For a room of 15 m2, more sound is not needed.
    Cons
    • Appearance: without the grille looks dumb. Sleep mode: The soundbar somehow strangely falls into hibernation when the TV is on (if, for example, crawling through news sites in the browser built into the TV). Apparently there is somewhere how to set it up, but I did not find it. Wireless connection: sometimes loses the rear, one, is treated by restarting. But it was only a couple of times. Music: I will not say that I am satisfied. There is no equalizer, the sound strongly "embellishes". It was especially noticeable on my favorite YELLOs (YELLOs are considered almost the standard in terms of sound, live soundchecks are made on them). Moreover, a funny moment, the rear speakers do not work when playing music via WIFI, and by launching a video on Youtube, the same composition is displayed on the rear speakers as well.

The product did not cause delight, but you can use it.

I first bought a Sony HT-X9000F in a company salon, the sound is mediocre, + found that it had only one hdmi input, but I had to connect PS4, Apple TV and Nintendo Switch, changed it in the store to Sony HT-ZF9 with a fight, and again it didn’t after reading the specifications and believing the seller that it has 3 HDMI inputs - I was very upset - it turned out that the Sony HT-ZF9 only had 2 HDMI inputs, about the sound: the Sony HT-ZF9 sounds both more powerful and cleaner than the Sony…

    Pros
    • good sound
    Cons
    • only two hdmi inputs, loses wi fi connection, has to be rebooted by unplugging

I did not regret the purchase, everything is fine.

this is my first purchase of a soundbar, the eye was initially laid on the Samsung HW-Q90R, but it needs an appropriate 4k TV, which I didn’t have at the time of purchase and it was decided to take a Sony soundbar to the kitchen. There were no problems with the connection, everything is set up pretty quickly, the problem manifested itself later when watching movies from a home media server, the sound lagged behind the video, this problem was also solved by the settings on the TV by adjusting…

    Pros
    • compact, looks stylish (except for the remote control, which is from the 90s), quite loud
    Cons
    • the most important thing that I didn’t like is that you can hear a lot of mid frequencies, the bottoms would still be added, but there are too few high frequencies, the rear speakers will cost exactly half the cost of this soundbar
