I only turn the heater on at maximum power and when I turn around I hear a static noise and the heater almost caught fire, the plastic was burnt out. I immediately turned it off and unplugged it was very scary it could catch fire and burn out could potentially start a fire in my bedroom if left unattended or if I was woken up by smoke in my room this is a very very dangerous product and i will send it back immediately.

This heater only lasted 3 months. And it wasn't used every day and not all day. Only during the day, maybe for a few hours. My return time has expired. I don't like that the heating just stopped working. That's why I never write reviews too soon. I wish I had a backup. Update August 23, 2020: I want to thank Hailey for choosing Air. Not the best heater. It will overheat after a few minutes even on the lowest settings and will turn off long enough for the heat generated to dissipate. So if you're lucky it will keep you at any room temperature, which is disappointing. What made the heater unacceptable was that the casing and especially the grate through which the hot air flows are made of plastic. The plastic smell didn't go away even after prolonged heating.
