The tool has helped us manage our products, which are of different types (software or hardware), for many years now! It has helped organize the product development process and allows me to use the information from the PDM as I look for new products. The price point is not great, but it's a free trial period. The ease of use, the ability to store all required data in one place. I like the easy to use interface, the various templates, the fact that you can import templates from other providers. The support is also great. I have always been able to contact the support team and get a quick response. The only thing I dislike is that you cannot access a template from another device.
