Spice Technology Group Inc. - Great option when ordering spices

The ability to have a single place to manage all of our inventory, orders, and customers. It is a very robust system and is very easy to navigate. There is a lot of customization that can be done to make it look exactly how you want. The interface is very difficult to navigate for those who are not very tech savvy. The customer support is also not the best. I have not had any issues with the system itself, but I have had to call customer service multiple times to resolve issues. Spice has…

Great solution for small business needs

The platform was easy enought o use as there were no surprises once setup (although I have been using it since 2012). It has many features but sometimes takes some time before you get used too them all. If your looking at this product make sure its worth paying more then what they are charging just because other options out there might not be so expensive or may look better if u dont know how things work behind scenes! We had several problems while trying different products which made our life

  • The main benefit is that we do most basic payroll, hours & attendance tracking automatically in QuickBooks Online for free via an IFTTT recipe which enables me to focus my efforts elsewhere..it literally runs itself!! :) No manual input required by anyone ever again.my staff loves being able take care their own responsibilities easily within QB online's interface rather than running around searching/filing old paper files from previous employers!!!

Spicer Tools has been instrumental in building and growing my business

The tool provided us everything we needed - it was easy to use, they were always available when I had questions or concerns about functionality, pricing structure etc. Support team very helpful (and fast). They did not have any features we required at this time but are willing to look into additional options as our needs evolve/change during implementation process. If you need an ERP system then go through them first! You wont regret your decision once you experience how well designed system…
